Provider questions

Everything about fees, payouts, and how much control you keep over your own calendar.

Getting started

A marketplace for same-day appointments. You publish the openings in your day — cancellations, gaps, slots that never filled — and nearby clients who want something today can find and book them.

It isn't scheduling software. It doesn't replace your calendar. It's a way to put your unsold time in front of people who are looking right now.

No. Keep whatever you already run. We're a demand layer that sits on top of your existing schedule and surfaces the openings you choose to publish.

We're building connections to the main scheduling platforms now. We'll confirm which ones are supported when we open in your area, and there'll be a way to manage openings directly if yours isn't on the list yet.

Any business that sells time by the appointment. We're opening with massage and bodywork, hair, nails, skin, barbers, personal training, fitness and recovery. Auto, home services and local experiences come later.

Solo practitioners are as welcome as multi-room studios. Both have the same problem.

We're pre-launch and opening one area at a time, so there's real availability from day one rather than a half-empty map. Founding providers get priority placement in their zip code and we'll be in touch directly before their area goes live.

Joining the waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Fees and payouts

Nothing. No signup fee, no subscription, no listing fee. You pay a commission only when a booking that came through the marketplace is completed.

[COMMISSION_RATE] of the booking value, taken from completed bookings that came through the marketplace.

Founding providers keep the rate they joined on.

No. The commission applies to bookings we sent you. Your regulars booking their usual appointment the way they always have sit outside the platform entirely.

Then they're your client. If they rebook with you directly next month or next year, that's your relationship and your revenue. We don't charge a fee for introducing someone twice.

Clients pay in the app when they book, and we pass the money to you on a regular payout schedule with the commission already deducted. Every booking shows you the fee and the net amount at the time it lands, so nothing on the statement is a surprise.

Exact payout timing will be confirmed before your area goes live.

No. You can publish every opening at your full rate.

Discounting is a switch you turn on if you want it. You set the size of the discount and how close to the appointment it kicks in, so you can hold your price all day and only soften it in the last hour, or never at all.

Your schedule

Only the ones you allow. You can publish everything that's open, restrict it to same-day gaps, or release slots by hand one at a time.

Plenty of providers keep their prime hours off the marketplace completely and use it only for the awkward mid-week afternoons. That's a perfectly good way to use it.

Not unless you want them to. You set a minimum notice period and nothing becomes bookable inside it.

An opening comes off the marketplace as soon as it's taken, whether that's through us or in your own calendar. Keeping those two in step is the core of what we build, and it's the thing we'll test hardest before your area opens.

Yes. Team members publish their own availability under your business, and clients get matched to whoever is genuinely free. You stop being the person who works out who's available.

Any time, for as long as you like. Pause for an afternoon, a week or a whole off-season. No contract, no minimum, no penalty.

Cancellations and no-shows

Because clients pay when they book rather than when they arrive, a no-show doesn't leave you with nothing. The full no-show policy will be confirmed in the provider terms before your area goes live.

A cancelled slot goes straight back into the marketplace, which is the whole point — it has a second chance to sell instead of just becoming a hole. Cancellation windows and refund rules will be set out in the provider terms.

Things happen. You can cancel a booking from the app and the client is refunded and notified. Doing it often will affect how visible you are, because the marketplace only works if the openings in it are real.

Your business and your clients

It's a fair worry, and it's why discounting is optional and entirely under your control. You can run the marketplace at full price indefinitely.

It's also worth remembering who's looking here: people who want something today, not your regulars hunting for a deal on a slot they'd have booked anyway.

You do. You get what you need to deliver the appointment and to have them back. What information that includes, and what you may do with it, is set out in the provider terms and the privacy policy.

Yes. Where a service is licensed or regulated, we ask for the relevant credentials before you can take bookings. It protects clients and it protects the providers who do things properly.
