Client questions

How booking works, what you pay, and what happens if plans change.

The basics

An app for booking appointments today. Providers near you publish the openings in their day — including slots that just came free because someone else cancelled — and you can see and take what's actually available in the next few hours.

It's for the times you have an hour spare now, not the times you're planning three weeks ahead.

No. The app is free for clients. You pay the provider for the appointment and nothing extra to us.

We're pre-launch. We're opening one area at a time rather than everywhere at once, so that when it goes live near you there are real openings to book rather than an empty map.

Join the waitlist and we'll tell you when your area is live.

Not yet. The app is in development for iPhone and Android, and there's nothing to install today. Joining the waitlist is the way to be told the moment there is.

Booking

Yes. Openings come from the provider's own schedule, and they come off the marketplace the moment they're taken.

This is the entire reason the app exists. A list of maybes would be worse than useless.

As soon as the next slot allows. Each provider sets their own minimum notice, because a massage therapist needs time to turn a room around and a barber may not. So some slots are bookable an hour out and some need longer.

In the app, when you book. The price shown is the price you pay, so there's nothing to settle when you arrive and no surprise at the counter.

No, and it's worth being straight about that. Some providers discount a slot that's about to expire and some hold their normal rate. You'll always see the actual price before you book, and a reduced price is marked clearly.

What you're really getting here is availability, not a discount.

Join the waitlist for a provider or a time window and you'll be told when something opens. Cancellations happen constantly, which is exactly the inventory this app is built to catch.

If plans change

Yes, from the app. Because these are same-day appointments the window is naturally tighter than a booking made weeks out, and the exact cancellation and refund rules are set out in the terms.

Cancel and the slot goes straight back into the marketplace for somebody else.

You're notified straight away and refunded. We also track it, because providers who cancel often make the marketplace less trustworthy for everyone.

Get in touch and we'll look into it. Providers on the marketplace are expected to deliver the service at the price and length that was listed.

Trust and privacy

Yes. Where a service is licensed or regulated, we ask providers for the relevant credentials before they can take bookings.

A last-minute booking shouldn't mean lowering your standards, and a marketplace that let anyone list wouldn't be worth using.

Ratings come only from appointments that actually happened through the app. Nobody can review a provider they never booked.

We share with the provider what they need to deliver your appointment, and we don't sell your personal information. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

No. We'll email you when the app is opening in your area and very little in between. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to remove you entirely at any time.
